WanderBot – Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to WanderBot, operated by DierickOnline ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WanderBot, including our website, AI itinerary generation services, and user-shared content.

By creating an account or using WanderBot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Description of the Service

WanderBot allows users to:

• Generate personalized travel itineraries using artificial intelligence (AI)
• View, like, or share itineraries created by other users
• Purchase and spend credits to generate or unlock itineraries

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use most WanderBot features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Not share your account with others

You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or suspected abuse.

4. Credit System

WanderBot operates using credits, which can be purchased through Stripe.

a. Credit Usage

• 1 credit = generation of one day in an AI itinerary
• 1 credit = lifetime access to one shared itinerary created by another user

b. Credit Purchases

• Credits are sold in bundles (e.g., 20, 60, 150) with volume discounts
• All purchases are processed securely through Stripe
• WanderBot does not store payment card details

c. Credit Expiry

Credits do not expire and remain linked to your account unless your account is deleted.

5. AI-Generated Itineraries

By submitting input (destinations, preferences, etc.), you authorize WanderBot to process this data using third-party AI providers such as OpenAI.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated itineraries are created automatically and may contain inaccuracies.
• You should verify travel information before booking any trip.
• WanderBot is not liable for losses, damages, or missed travel arrangements based on generated results.

6. User-Generated Content

When you share an itinerary publicly, you agree that:

• You have the right to share the content.
• The itinerary will be visible to other WanderBot users.
• Other users may pay 1 credit for lifetime access to your itinerary.

You may delete your shared content at any time. WanderBot reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload or share illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to hack, copy, or reverse-engineer the WanderBot platform
• Automate account creation or credit usage
• Misuse the AI service for unrelated or harmful purposes

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe under their Terms of Service. Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

If a payment fails or is disputed, WanderBot may suspend your account until the issue is resolved.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights in the WanderBot website, logo, software, and design remain the exclusive property of DierickOnline. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written consent.

AI-generated itineraries remain your property, but you grant us a license to display them as described in section 5.

10. Service Availability and Liability

We strive to keep WanderBot available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. WanderBot is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DierickOnline shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data or profits
• Travel cancellations, costs, or damages arising from itinerary use
• Downtime, technical failures, or third-party service outages

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse or abuse the AI system
• Required by law or technical necessity

Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited.

12. Privacy

Your use of WanderBot is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to our data-processing practices described there.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on our website or via email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Ghent, Belgium.
